Understanding control charts
75-minute webinar

Control chart interpretation is the process of analysing a control chart to understand the system being studied. This 75-minute webinar will teach you how to interpret all types of control charts and thus assist with decision making about process changes. The webinar will cover the basic rules for interpretation, some useful tips for working with control charts, and advanced rules of interpretation.

The webinar will answer these 6 questions and more:

  1. Does my data contain any significant signals?
  2. How can I tell if my process is impacted by "special" causes of variation?
  3. Why are seven consecutive readings above average significant?
  4. How can a range or moving range chart help me?
  5. Why can data that is clustered around the average be a sign of instability?
  6. How can I tell if my process variability is improving?
